The Grinch is trying to steal Christmas yet again and he's been stirring up trouble at our gym.

Are you Team Naughty or Nice?

Athletes will register as an individual and be drafted to a team. Teams will be Co-Ed and will have WOD levels: Scaled, and Rx.

Scoring will be commensurate with skill level selected.

4-6 Events TOTAL

Athlete Check-In to start at 8:30 AM, event will begin at 9:30 AM.

Registration includes t-shirt! (Registrations after December 5th are not guaranteed a shirt on competition day)
